Welcome to the 2026 San Benito County Fair
Horse Department Online Entry Program!
Each exhibitor needs to register individually.

ONLINE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
-Over 18 years old
-OR parent/guardian of exhibitor under 18
-OR 4-H/FFA Advisor of exhibitor under 18
-OR be authorized by exhibitor if over 18
In order to submit entries and other data online, it is required that entrant has read, understands and agrees to abide by all of the rules and regulations governing the fair entries as published in the California State Rules and the official San Benito County Fair Handbook.
HORSE ENTRIES:
* New 2026 *  Show dates have changed for the Cow Horse Show and Ranch Horse Show.  Visit the Horse Guidebook for more details and entry closing dates.  
Cow Horse Show:  August 22nd
Cutting Show:  September 25th
Ranch Horse Show:  September 26th
Entry Deadline: September 21st
Please read the Handbook for new information listed.
CDFA Mandatory Drug Fee:
CDFA requires a MANDATORY $14.00 fee for EACH horse brought on grounds.
Remember to add your horses into your cart for Division #900 for EACH horse.
If additional changes are needed after entries have been submitted and before entry deadline, please contact the Entry Office to make changes.
